One front door, and a clear view of who is waiting.
Before coordinated entry, each program kept its own waitlist, and a person called agency after agency. Now a community shares one front door. COMPASS keeps track of what happens around it, for the agencies doing that work.
Four parts, the same in every community.
HUD requires every Continuum of Care to run coordinated entry. So most housing programs do not choose their own clients. They accept referrals.
The steps, the list, and what came of each referral.
One front door
Coordinated entry, and what COMPASS keeps track of around it. Every person in it is invented, and the screens belong to an organization we made up for demonstrations.
Your community's process stays yours.
- It does not decide who goes first. Your CoC's written policy does.
- It does not match people to openings. Referrals still run through your community's shared process.
- It does not replace your HMIS. The official record stays there, and there is no live connection to it.
- It sees your agency's records. It is not a view of everyone in your community's system.
- It is built and tested against Clarity. Other HMIS software has not been tried.
Get on the list.
COMPASS is not open to new organizations yet. Leave your name and you will hear from us once, when it opens. No sales calls, no price to read and nothing to sign. If you run coordinated entry, tell us how yours works. It is how we learn what to build next.
Or skip ahead and ask a person. hello@illumipath.io
