Five prices. Find the row your organization is on.
The price follows how many people are on staff, not how many of them log in. A band covers your whole organization, so hiring a caseworker costs nothing until you cross into the next one. Every number is on this page. There is no quote process and no call you have to sit through to find out.
| Band | Size | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | 1 to 5 staff | $199 | $1,990 a year, which is two months back |
| Team | 6 to 15 staff | $349 | $3,490 a year, which is two months back |
| Pro | 16 to 35 staff | $549 | $5,490 a year, which is two months back |
| Scale | 36 to 75 staff | $849 | $8,490 a year, which is two months back |
| Enterprise | 76 or more | By arrangement | Write to us and say what you run |
Paying yearly is twelve months for the price of ten. That is where the yearly column comes from, and it is the only discount on this page.
Prices move up over time and they do not move down. There will not be a sale. If a vendor in this category is discounting, that usually tells you something about the vendor rather than about the deal.
Every band is the same product.
A larger band does not unlock features. It reflects that a bigger organization puts more work through the system. An organization of four gets the same COMPASS as an organization of forty.
| Client work | Intake, client records, sessions, case notes, goals, consent and release of information. |
| HUD reporting | The HUD HMIS CSV export against the FY2026 specification, coordinated entry, and Point in Time count entry. |
| Staff and scheduling | Time clock with signature, shift board, weekly schedule, mileage, and payroll ready exports. |
| Money | Grants, expense classification against funders, allocation review, and a six month cash forecast. |
| Community | Street outreach with a map, volunteers, food bank, and partner referrals with a warm handoff checklist. |
| Measurement | The COMPASS Score across seven pillars, with the working shown. |
Client records, sessions and case notes are not in it. We would rather say that here than have you set it up and find out.
At the end of it the account settles to the free floor rather than locking you out, and nothing you entered is deleted.
Do not load real client records into an evaluation. Real records belong on a paid band with data processing terms accepted, which is what makes the arrangement legally coherent rather than a favour we are doing you. If you want to see COMPASS against something shaped like your own data, we will build you a realistic synthetic set.
Four things that are never behind a band.
Most software puts the things you need most behind the price you can least afford. These are the ones we decided not to.
If you are in a YHDP cohort.
We want to be working with YHDP organizations, so COMPASS is free for yours for the duration of your YHDP contract. There is no band and no form. Write to us and say which cohort you are in.
What billing carries, and what it does not.
Billing carries your organization name, your band and an identifier. No client record ever reaches our payment processor. That is a contractual constraint rather than a setting somebody could change. The rest of how COMPASS handles client data is on the security page, including the parts we do not claim.
